All I hear everywhere is Robert Pattinson and frankly all I wanted to hear about was Robert Pattinson at one point of time. He is indeed a hot topic to talk about, but you may not wish to hear the reality and get back to real life from reel life.
I am crazy about movies and the first thing I wish to do when I am free is watch movies!! Movies sometimes are my best friends and it entertains me the most. Never get bugged watching movies. So this one night I was browsing through my collections of new movies and was finding it hard to decide which movie to settle with.. This is when my eyes caught "TWILIGHT" and thought let me watch this one, lets see what its got to impress me. So I started watching with Bella narrating 'I never had much thought of how Im gonna die, but dying in the place of someone I love, seems like a good way to go".... Its pretty much similar I guess... Obviously, continued watching the rest wondering how she is gonna die and who is that someone she loves. So when Jessica introduces the Cullens family to Bella and when Edward enters, I was like wow that is really good!! So, these mixed thoughts went on for the rest of the movie and at the end, I was impressed with Robert Pattinson and googled his name to check out his filming career. Saw the random usual bio of he is from London and born in 1986, blah blah blah...
Watched the movie couple more times and passed this message to all my friends and my guy too... Most of them watched the movie, few were not impressed with him and few thought he is good looking, looks scary in that make up, is a normal guy, nothing special about him. So definitely I took in the good words and fought back the bad ones as if I am the responsible one to save this sweet guy from being turned into a looser. Days passed, I kept checking news and videos of him and kept cribbing I want Robert pattinson to everyone next to me and with tons of work on my head gradually used to forget about it and get back to my work. One good day I thought let me analyse why on earth I am crazy about some actor. I am not the kind who goes ga ga for celebrities and keep looking at pictures and videos repeatedly like a maniac. Most of them love him for his good looks, tall, handsome, pink lips, sexy eyes, nice face, signature hairstyle, etc etc.. When I questioned myself if these are the reasons I like him for? The answer was ”NO”. Yea, you guys are thinking what’s wrong with this female, she says she likes him and now she says she does not like him for his good looks. With all these questions popping around, you may as well read this complete blog to figure out I’m pretty much rite in my opinion…
Where were we? Oh ya, I don’t like him for his looks, etc. So I analyzed, that this guy has something special in him. When I looked into his music interest, I thought this is it! I like him for he being a good musician, plays amazing piano, writes lyrics and on the whole he is talented. I was really impressed with this. You may think, is that a big deal to be impressed with, when he looks so hot! The reason why I was impressed with his music talent was, I play the keyboards, used to play for a band. Since there was something in common between us, I looked at the way he plays piano, the finger movements, the hand structure and all the techniques. I am not a great player like him, but did want to see his techniques and try to imply it in my practice. This being said, I also thought he is a very humble guy, sweet, innocent, and more as a character of Edward, but that’s not the real him. With all the news and updates I am reading, I feel he does not deserve all your love and affection. He acts astonished!! Why people like him and he is just a normal guy. All this is bullshit, according to me. This is reverse psychology. The more you tell people there is nothing to like about me, people go crazy about him. Similarly, when he says don’t pounce on me, which means hell yes pounce on me, I need all the attention. I am not saying this is the only truth, but I believe this is true. Think about it..
Every time in premiers when they ask him, how he feels about the crowd response and what he has to say about the big hype. He says , its crazy, and he cant believe it to be true and he doesn’t know what to say. Can you buy this??? I don’t.. I mean, where all the goodness has gone. He thinks people will like him no matter what, ‘coz he knows he is good looking and attractive and just denies it to get more attention. I may not know Robert Pattinson personally, but I do know human psychology.
Honestly, I didn’t like the act of him asking some fan to strip for him. How the hell could anyone say that to a fan? She was crazy about him to ask, what I can do to get your attention. What was he thinking that his fans will do any damn thing for him? Does he not realize the fact that his fans are humans too!!!!
Well, I would like to tell Mr. Robert Pattinson, just because girls are crazy about you, does not give you any right to take them for granted. You should be happy that you have fans at a short span to filming career and throw your mask of goodness away. Your fans can’t be fools forever.
What if someone does that to your family member Robert? How would you react when your family member tells you that they had to strip for someone coz they like this guy. It is the same to most of your fans when they do crazy stuff to get your attention. You come in a limo and walk the red carpet, have you ever realized; crazy fans wait for days to just have a glimpse of you. So many get hurt and lose their belongings. What do you think you are Robert? You can be a star and good in many ways, but you are not the supreme power of this universe, don’t even think your close to it. For me you are just another guy Mr. Robert Pattinson. I hope you read this and know the truth that you are not the centre of the universe, at least not the centre of my universe.
I would like to pass these words for all his fans.. No one is ever better than you. Have you ever liked yourself, at least half of what you have for him? Always think you are the best in your life. You can definitely like actors and watch their movies the day it releases, but don’t give away your self respect for some actor. Look around you; you might have thousands of guys who can love you for what you are and not for what he is!! Stripping, ‘coz your fav actor asks you to is really unethical. Where is your self respect gone? Are you out of your mind to strip in a public place, which is telecasted all over the world? You cannot come out of such humiliation, mistakes like these, once done there is no going back and it ruins your life. Do you think Robert Pattinson will think about your life and how you feel? Do you think he wants to know why you are crazy about him? What are your interests? What’s your name?
This guy is self obsessed and he has no time to know anything about his fans. Fans ask him questions at premiers, which is written down by the anchor and she asks him. Has he ever asked the anchor, that he wants to know why his fans like him? What is it about me that you like? How do you like my acting? What fans wish for him to do in his next movies? This defines being humble..
You might think I am stupid. Why would Robert want to ask his fans all these things? He is a celebrity and should act like one. Rite? Remember that we make celebrities; we create them; they don’t become one, until you watch their movies and review on it. Imagine, if there was no response from any of the fans for twilight and new moon, how do you think things would be now? He would have been simpler and been happy to have one fan and wished for it badly. We never let this happen. Do you think you can like someone to an extent, where you forget yourself and do everything to see this person? It’s all about Robert, nothing about you? Why? Don’t you think you deserve to be treated well and for people to respect your feelings? Common people, we fight with our loved ones and best friends for someone who has no clue of your existence.
Think about those, who stand by you and respect your feelings. If you’re crazy about Robert, the least I expect is for him to respect your craziness, not act like it’s obvious people can die for me.
Did you like him in the movie “How to be”? He looks like a dork and his acting was not great. I am sure every fan of his would have blindly loved the movie ‘coz he is in the movie and wouldn’t have bothered about his acting or the story. He does not look great too in that movie, you still think he is hot? What about the harry potter series? I don’t know if its acting or a good effort.
Why can’t we be honest when someone does not do a good job, why should you like all his movies just because you like him? Even if you do, what are you getting in return? How long can you like a person, when you know you are getting nothing in return? Think practical people, don’t ruin precious time of your life for someone who thinks you’re a stranger or a mad fan.
Let me tell you this, if I ever meet Robert Pattinson; firstly I will never go in search of him, secondly, if I see in by chance in a crowded place, I will not even be the last person to run after him screaming Robert.. I want him to come to me and make a conversation, I don’t care if he is a star, my ego makes me a super star and so I want him to talk to me. That’s the kind of attitude I want you all to have. So what if he is walking down the lane or sitting in a local café. Let him be and you keep up your self esteem too. That way, he gets his so called privacy and you walk head held high. I don’t if this makes any sense to you all but; I just thought I should share this with you all. Just my opinion!!!
